(A) Sham-treated or FTVI-treated CB mononuclear cells were stained with PE-conjugated anti-CD34 mAb and with P-selectin/IgG detected by biotinylated protein A and streptavidin-FITC in the presence or absence of a blocking mAb to P-selectin (G1). (B) Sham-treated or FTVI-treated CB mononuclear cells were stained with PE-conjugated anti-CD34 mAb and with E-selectin/IgM detected by FITC-conjugated goat anti–human IgM in the presence or absence of a blocking mAb to E-selectin (9A9). Binding was measured by flow cytometry. The percentage of cells in each quadrant is indicated. The results are representative of 3 independent experiments.
