FADD protein level negatively correlates with miR-146a expression in human primary T cells. Human primary naive CD4+ T lymphocytes were stimulated with PMA and ionomycin and samples were analyzed to quantify FADD protein and miR-146a levels at different times. FADD levels were measured by intracellular staining and expressed as mean fluorescence intensity (MFI). MiR-146a expression was measured by qRT-PCR and U6 levels were used for normalization.
