Time course of neutrophil infiltration. Neonatal WT, Mac-1 KO, and WT mice pretreated with CD11a-blocking antibody were injected intradermally with pathogenic anti-mBP180 IgG R530. Levels of infiltrating neutrophils at the IgG injection site were examined at the indicated time points after IgG injection.
